Don't worry, we are not going to bore you with lines and lines of fine print — our rules are simple. Our terms and conditions are nothing but common sense, but for regulations purposes we will state the important bits here.

We are only a medium between restaurants and customers — we do not handle the food. Soffra provides the technology platform; the restaurant is solely responsible for the preparation, quality, and delivery of any food orders placed through our system.

If you aren't happy with the service you have received from a restaurant, please leave some feedback on the restaurant so others know about it. Likewise, please also leave positive reviews if you have been served well — you will be doing the restaurant and other customers a favour.

Concerned about your privacy? You definitely should be! Rest assured though — we do not in any way use or share your data with anyone other than relaying your name and contact details to the restaurants you order food from.

We do not store your payment details. When you make payments via card on our website, your bank account information is never stored on our databases. Payment handling goes through PCI-compliant payment gateway services regulated by the government.

We do not track you. We do not track your activity on our website, and we do not target any marketing material to you.
